Two new resplendent marble varieties in the Incanto stoneware collection

Interiors created with Incanto are sophisticated and never ordinary, with finely balanced textures and a luminosity that reworks marble’s natural aesthetic in a strikingly contemporary style, with lightweight slabs excellent for the renovation of residential or commercial interiors. Large porcelain stoneware surfaces faithfully evoke a selection of the choicest varieties of marble nature has to offer us. The two new colors –Calacatta Essenza and Calacatta Green – are precisely inspired by the stones quarried from the Apuan Alps in Tuscany.
Famous worldwide for the artworks by the greatest Italian sculptors, Calacatta marble is run through with broad veins freely distributed over its surface.

It is a very vivid material with sparsely distributed large green streaks in the case of Calacatta Green, and frequent small grey veins that flow across Calacatta Essenza at 45°.

These two new shades fit perfectly into the Incanto collection by Ragno Ceramiche, extending a rich selection already comprising fifteen multicolored marble varieties produced in porcelain stoneware in a wide range of rectified sizes: 120×278, 120×120 and 60×120 cm just 6 mm thick, perfect for refurbishing residential and commercial interiors thanks to the slabs’ light weight, and 75×150, 75×75, 60×60 and 30×60 cm in the standard thickness. The offering is completed by the traditional Mosaic with square chips in size 30×30 cm and the exquisite Glossy Ventaglio Mosaic of 28.1×31 cm.

The standard Ragno finishes – Natural and Glossy – are the basis for floor and wall covering solutions of great quality and are also ideal for creating bespoke furnishings, such as fireplace features, kitchen islands or bathroom washbasin countertops.

What’s more, these two types of surface can be combined to generate very sophisticated visual and tactile contrasts, and the different shades can also be used within the same interior for original dialogues between shapes and materials.

Some of our favourite Incanto combinations are Calacatta Essenza with Breccia Pernice or Verde Antigua, Calacatta Green with Velvet Taupe, or a mix of shades – Calacatta Essenza, Velvet Taupe, Verde Antigua, Paonazzetto – for large inlay effect floor coverings in commercial locations.

Incanto’s large slabs are also ideal teamed up with small tiles from the Glacé, Look, Gleeze and Wish series, for stylish compositions that enhance the beauty of exclusive interiors.

Last but not least, the new entries to this marble effect series also include the new Golden Leaf Decor, available in rectified slab size of 120×278 cm with a natural surface decorated with golden inclusions in a floral motif, which joins the Tropical Glossy Decor with a jungle pattern in white on a Cremo Delicato background, and the Flow Glossy Decor, comprising a mix of extremely narrow strips cut from the various Incanto shades.
