A vocation for the home with a mix&match of ceramics and stoneware moved also to commercial spaces.
Mix&match is the thread that unites the development of the new Ragno floor and wall surfaces, designed so that they can be mixed together to create unusual combinations of different materials, surfaces and colours. Ragno confirms its “vocation for the home" by striving to recreate warm and welcoming atmospheres even when the collections are employed outside the realm of strictly domestic settings.
Terracruda is a large size slimline wall surface: a new ceramic material that draws inspiration from antique construction materials in the form of sun-baked clay and straw. The 3D “Arte” and “Verso” structural effects animate wall surfaces with stunning interplays of light and shade.
Boom is the new stoneware tile based on industrial surfaces contaminated by a mix of materials including terracotta, resins, stone and cement, offering an interpretation of the passage of time expressed through texture.
Realstone is the result of Ragno's research focused on 3 stone types – Quarzite, Cardoso and Jerusalem – characterised by graphic and chromatic diversity and faithful reproduction of the original materials.
Woodgrace and Woodglam are the new timber-effect stoneware tiles, the former in the 25x150 cm size, based on bleached oak parquet, and the latter made with 10x70 cm planks with surfaces and colours of a remarkably natural appearance.
Finally, Epoca is an exceptional and more contemporary version of traditional terracotta in natural colours and including also a hexagonal shape.
These and many other collections will be on show at the RAGNO stand at Cersaie, Hall 20 / Stand C52 – D51, designed by architect Gianluca Rossi of Uainot, Bologna with styling by Marta Meda.
