The Travertino Wall collection has been selected for the ADI Design Index 2025, the publication that gathers the best Italian design projects eligible for the Compasso d’Oro ADI Award 2026, the most prestigious recognition in the design sector.
This achievement confirms the design value of the collection and Ragno’s commitment to aesthetic and material research, capable of reinterpreting travertine through the language of contemporary ceramics.
Established in 1954 from an idea by Gio Ponti, the Compasso d’Oro ADI Award is the oldest and most prestigious design prize worldwide. The recognition is awarded by an international Jury, composed of leading figures in Italian and international design, following a process of selection and exhibition of the projects.
As part of the official exhibition program for the Compasso d’Oro ADI Award 2026, Travertino Wall will be presented in two important museum locations.
The first exhibition will be held from April 15 to June 4, 2026 at the ADI Design Museum in Milan. During this event, on May 22, 2026, the award ceremony for the twenty-ninth edition of the Compasso d’Oro Award will take place.
The Award program will then continue with a second exhibition from October 7 to 30, 2026 at the MAXXI in Rome, giving the selected projects further qualified visibility in one of Italy’s main museums dedicated to contemporary arts.
The Travertino Wall collection stands out for its rigorous interpretation of the Cross and Vein travertine aesthetics in the 153/4″x471/4″ format and for the innovative use of 3D Ink technology on white body, which integrates graphics and three-dimensionality, resulting in surfaces with striking naturalness and rich visual and tactile depth.
