Immersed in the splendid setting of Val di Fiemme, B&B Fiemme in Vista is a virtuous example of sustainable hospitality. The structure, built entirely of wood, blends harmoniously with the mountain landscape, offering guests an authentic experience that respects the environment. The focus on sustainability is reflected in concrete choices: use of renewable sources, ecological technologies, and natural materials, without sacrificing comfort.
Green architecture and eco-sustainable choices
The project is based on the principles of green building: the wooden structure ensures energy efficiency and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The design and construction were handled by XLam Dolomiti, a company specialized in high-performance wooden buildings, which helped define a sustainable building that fits perfectly into the alpine context.
Heating is provided by a pellet boiler, while solar and photovoltaic panels contribute to the production of clean energy, reducing environmental impact.
Ragno collections as protagonists of the interiors
The design of the spaces is curated down to the smallest detail, with a selection of Ragno surfaces that enhance every room.
In the kitchen, the floor in wood-effect stoneware Woodtale Walnut 77/8″x471/4″ gives a warm and natural atmosphere, with a rustic character but a contemporary taste, while the surfaces in the living area are enriched by the stone-effect collection Realstone_Travertino Cross Beige, which adds elegance and brightness to the spaces.
The balconies open onto the mountain landscape and feature the Viaggi Nickel 235/8″x235/8″ collection.
Inside, the bathrooms take center stage thanks to a play of textures and colors that creates sophisticated and dynamic spaces. In the first bathroom, the floor in stone-effect stoneware Realstone_Slate, inspired by Ardesia stone, interacts with the walls clad in Stratford Wall Blue, for an elegant and bold contrast.
The second bathroom is enhanced by the three-dimensionality of Terracruda Calce Struttura Verso 3D in the 153/4″x471/4″ size, combined with the base version on the walls, in harmony with the Woodtale Walnut floor. The Terracruda coverings feature “handcraft” effect decorations reminiscent of hand-worked surfaces, with imperfections that enhance their authenticity.
The third surprises with the warm shade of Realstone_Argent Miele on the floor and with the structured 3D Lines version in the shower wall covering, for a contemporary effect. The Realstone_Argent collection stands out for its stone-effect surface, inspired by an ancient sedimentary rock where small fragments of marine organisms emerge. The delicate shades and lively graphics give brightness and essential minimalism, while the StepWise technology ensures a soft-touch surface with high slip resistance.
Outside, the project is completed with the cement-effect stoneware Stratford XT 20 Grey floor, 235/8″x471/4″ size, a slightly textured and matte surface, rich in character, that ensures continuity and durability in outdoor spaces.
Fiemme in Vista thus tells a new idea of hospitality, in which every architectural and material detail helps to create a sustainable experience deeply connected to the territory.
