A contemporary commercial project must meet complex requirements: resistance, safety, ease of maintenance, but also aesthetic identity and perceptual quality of the spaces.
In the Iper de Magenta supermarket, designed by architect Stefano Castronovo, these needs are effectively addressed thanks to the use of the stone-effect porcelain stoneware collection Realstone Ceppo XT20 White, chosen to cover the flooring of the entire building, from interior spaces to exterior surfaces.

In high-traffic retail areas, the flooring plays a key role. It must accommodate the continuous flow of people, withstand heavy loads, and ensure consistent performance over time, without compromising an aesthetic language coherent with the architectural project. Choosing a single surface for both interior and exterior reinforces visual and functional continuity, contributing to a smooth and organized spatial experience.

Realstone Ceppo XT20 perfectly meets the needs of contemporary commercial spaces. It is a frost-resistant material, highly resistant to deep abrasion, and designed to easily withstand daily wear, heavy foot traffic, and exposure to the elements. Practical and versatile, it does not fear the passage of time, making it ideal for both large interior surfaces and outdoor areas exposed to various weather conditions.

From an aesthetic point of view, the collection faithfully interprets the look of Ceppo di Gré, an iconic stone of Lombard tradition.
